When you leave an organization, you can keep your Degreed account. If you can't log into your account, send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your organization email (previous login email)
- Your personal email (new login email)
We'll convert your Degreed account from Enterprise to For Me so you can continue to track and plan your learning! Any proprietary content you may have completed while with your organization will no longer be visible on your profile, but you can still see all other content, including items from the external catalog, experience, and degrees.
