If you forget your password and want to reset it, you can do so without logging in on Degreed. On the login page, enter your username or login email, then click on the Forgot Password? link to reset your password.
If you log in with a Single Sign-On (SSO) program, such as OneLogin or Facebook Connect, you cannot reset your password manually. Contact Degreed Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about getting back into your account.
If you do not receive a password reset email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders. If you have both organizational and personal email addresses on your Degreed account, be sure to check both accounts, including the spam folders. If you still don't find the email, or you find the email but the link displays an error message, send a message to email@example.com and include the email address you are trying to use to log in.
If you forget your username, you can log in with your primary account email. If you forget both your username and your primary account email, contact your organization's Degreed administrator or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
