How do I reach the Support Desk?

You can contact Degreed's Support team by phone or email. We support Degreed enterprise users who have issues with Degreed, including connecting to the Degreed website or Degreed mobile applications.

We are available from 8 AM to 8 PM EST on Monday through Friday. Outside these hours, you can leave a voice message or email and a Support Representative will get back to you the next business day.
